How to Order: To place a pre-order or indent order, simply follow these steps:

1. Browse the Collection: Explore our handpicked collection of pre-orderable and indent-only products. Click on the items you wish to order to view more details.

2. Contact Us: When you've found the products you want, please email us at [hello @kingly.sg] with the following information:

   • Product Name(s) and Variant(s) (if applicable)
   • Desired Quantity for each item
   • Your Name and Shipping Address
     
     

3. Order Confirmation: Our friendly team will respond to your email promptly to confirm product availability, pricing, and estimated shipping times.

Important Information:

• Indent Order Duration: For most items, the indent process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. However, please note that some orders may require more time, and delivery could take between 12 to 16 weeks. We'll provide you with the specific timeframe for your chosen products during the order confirmation.

• Refunds and Cancellations: If you change your mind before your order is processed, we can offer a full refund. However, once the indent process begins, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the stage of production.
