The ZD420 Series printer detect automatically media type (gap, notch or black mark) and dimensions using special sensors We will explain you how to calibrate ZD420 Printers Make sure that the media and ribbon cartridge (if printing in thermal transfer mode) are properly loaded in the printer and that the top cover of the printer is closed.
